Business Analyst ( Alfardan Hospitality Co.)

•Responsible for developing new market initiatives, assessing new markets, and analyzing business opportunities
•Conducts financial feasibility studies and develops proposals for new business opportunities
•Accountable for licensing initiatives and programs
•Negotiating contracts, initiating proposals, and closing deals
•Cultivate relationships with functional managers

Skills

•BS in Financial Analysis with 2 years experience in hospitality, MBA a plus
•Minimum 2 years related experience
•Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills
•Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization, in both a team and independent environment
•Proven ability to use influence and persuasion to achieve desired outcomes in a matrix organization
•Excellent interpersonal skills and a self-starter
