Service Manager(Alfardan Marine Services Co.)

Job Overview

•To participate in planning structural measures for the area of services, drawing up of Service Advisors leave and training plans.
•To ensure that the guidelines and laws relevant for his area are respected
•To bear responsibility for passing on product and internal information to the service reception staff immediately and to ensure clear storage of information.
•To organize and monitor the entire service capacities in relation to exploitation possibilities for service market potential
•To promote continuous utilization of workshop rate and monitor such
•To elaborate and assess improvement suggestions, which are relevant for the area of service reception.
•To ensure that the service reception area is well-organized and clean, see to it that efficient service reception at the car is provided
•To ensure quality customer care and management of customer contact, make decisions in the case of customer complaints and claims.
•To be responsible for the allocation and the correct record keeping of the department courtesy vehicles.
•To ensure that the reception staff are trained which should include brand academy training.
•To ensure the company policy regarding work in progress is followed.

Skills

• Graduate of Marine Science or other related course, Master's degree a plus
• At least 5 years management experience in related industries
• Flexible, driven and systematic at work
• Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization, in both a team and independent environment
• Proven ability to use influence and persuasion to achieve desired outcomes in a matrix organization
